Elizabethtown man arrested at Willow Street Sheetz on drug paraphernalia charge

Kelly A. Young, 36, of Elizabethtown, PA, was detained by West Lampeter Township Police after officers responded to a parking‑lot fight at the Sheetz on 2539 Willow Street Pike on Aug. 25, 2026. Young, who had an outstanding arrest warrant from another jurisdiction, was arrested and during a search incident to arrest was found in possession of drug paraphernalia associated with the use of an illegal controlled substance; he was transported to Lancaster County Prison and possession charges were filed before MDJ Benner.
