Greencastle resident Elsie M. James, 21, was charged after police contact on W. Main Street in Waynesboro.
Elsie M. James, 21, of Greencastle was charged with four counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say contact with James occurred July 6 at 4:08 a.m. on W. Main Street in Waynesboro. The charges were listed by the Waynesboro Police Department and published August 20, 2026.
