Elsie Mae James charged with four DUI counts, marijuana possession in Waynesboro

Elsie M. James, 21, of Greencastle, was arrested July 6 at 4:08 a.m. on W. Main Street in Waynesboro and charged with four counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance. She also faces one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia; the arrest was made by the Waynesboro Police Department and the record lists bail as $0.
