Elvin Russell Johnson arrested after warrant for driving while DUI‑suspended
Lower Allen Township police served an arrest warrant July 8, 2026, after Elvin Russell Johnson failed to appear on charges of driving with a DUI‑suspended license.
On April 12, 2025, Lower Allen Township officers stopped a Dodge Journey and identified the driver as 43‑year‑old Elvin Russell Johnson, who was found driving with a DUI‑suspended license. Because he had two prior convictions the offense was charged as a misdemeanor, a summons was issued, and when Johnson failed to appear for a preliminary hearing on September 18, 2025, an arrest warrant (Docket CR‑295‑2025, Ref. LA‑25‑01962) was issued and served July 8, 2026 by the Lower Allen Township Police Department.
