Emily Anne Shirk charged with stalking, harassment in East Donegal Township

Emily Anne Shirk, 33, was arrested after Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a harassment incident on July 7, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m. at 4940 Marietta Avenue, East Donegal Township. Investigators say Shirk continued to contact the victim in a threatening and harassing manner despite having been served with a no-contact order; she was charged with stalking and harassment (182709.1(A)(2) and 182709A4). All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
