Ephrata man arrested on bench warrant after SR0222 traffic stop

Arnaldo Fernandez-Rodriguez, 46, of Ephrata, PA, was taken into custody without incident on July 7, 2026, after officers stopped the vehicle he was operating on SR0222 at about 7:30 p.m. He was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. The stop and arrest were handled by the East Cocalico Township Police Department (incident 2026-03932).
