Ephrata man arrested on controlled-substance, marijuana and paraphernalia charges

Ephrata Police located Michael J. Lilly, 23, on July 15, 2026, in the area of 20 W. Main Street and took him into custody on an active arrest warrant. Officers found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a search; Lilly was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was arraigned by MDJ Landis on July 17, 2026, and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 cash bail; he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
