Lititz Borough police report they stopped a vehicle on Sept. 6, 2026 at 2:19 a.m. for a license plate showing as suspended and identified the driver as 33-year-old Justin J. Conway of Ephrata. Officers observed watery, bloodshot eyes and say Conway admitted to drinking; a preliminary breath test read 0.120% BAC and a subsequent chemical test at the station read 0.124% BAC. Conway has been summonsed for a preliminary hearing and is charged with one count each of general-impairment DUI and high-rate DUI (both misdemeanors), plus summary counts for suspended registration and driving with suspended operating privileges; he is presumed innocent.
