Erik Dean Jacobs charged with 2 DUI counts and drug possession

Erik Dean Jacobs, 41, was involved in a traffic stop on West College Avenue on July 29, 2026, and arrested on suspicion of DUI. Following receipt of a toxicology report, he was charged on August 21, 2026 with two counts of DUI, one count of possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor), and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) by the West Manchester Township Police Department.
