Erin Krushinski cited for alleged harassment after kicking woman down stairs in Lititz

The Lititz Borough Police Department filed a summary non-traffic citation against 39-year-old Erin Krushinski of Lititz for one count of harassment — subject other to physical contact. Police say that on 07/05/2026 at about 5:00 AM officers responded to a domestic disturbance on N New Street, where Krushinski allegedly kicked another woman in the chest, causing her to fall backward down the stairs. Krushinski is presumed innocent; the arrest record is dated Thursday, July 23, 2026.
