Eulicious Carl Johnson arrested on public drunkenness charge
Police charged a 52-year-old man after finding him stumbling and intoxicated on Harrisburg Pike.
Middlesex Township Police encountered 52-year-old Eulicious Carl Johnson stumbling along Harrisburg Pike on August 8, 2020. Officers detected a strong smell of alcohol, slurred speech and difficulty maintaining balance and determined he was intoxicated to the point he posed a risk to his own safety. Johnson was booked under MXT2026-08-0256 and charged with one count of public drunkenness (18-5505), an alcohol violation, at 1000 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013 (incident recorded Saturday, August 8, 2026 - 6:30pm).
