On 04/22/2026, South Lebanon Township Police received a report of fraudulent wage claims involving Wicare Home Care Agency. Investigators say 25-year-old Evelyn Nereida Arroyo allegedly submitted and received payment for services during a three-month period when the individual assigned to her care was hospitalized; the fraudulent claims totaled $27,355.85. Arroyo was charged with 18 Pa.C.S. § 3922(a)(1) — theft by deception.
