Fast Start Helps No. 11 Lehigh Run Past Holy Cross 35-10
Lehigh opened the season with a dominant start, building a 21-0 lead early and cruising to a 35-10 road victory at Fitton Field.
No. 11 Lehigh jumped to a 21-0 lead just over 12 minutes into the game and went on to beat Holy Cross 35-10 in the season opener for both teams at Fitton Field. The Mountain Hawks scored rushing touchdowns on their first three drives, marking Lehigh’s second straight season-opening win. The victory was Richard Nagy’s first as Vandergrift Family Head Coach.
