Ferguson first WA governor found in violation of ethics laws in over 30 years
State enforcement board records show Gov. Bob Ferguson is the first Washington governor in more than 30 years found to have violated the state's executive ethics law.
The Center Square reports that the state executive ethics board's enforcement website shows Gov. Bob Ferguson was found to have violated Washington's executive ethics law. That finding makes him the first governor in the state in more than three decades to be determined in violation of the law.
