Still haven’t checked your shared files? Time is running out! On Wed., July 1, Lafayette will permanently delete all Google Workspace accounts belonging to graduates from the Class of 2025. Any files owned by these users, including shared Google Drive documents, will be erased.

If you’ve ever collaborated on Google Docs, Sheets, or other Drive files, you could lose access to important content unless you act now! Here’s what you need to do:

  • Check your shared files: Files from inactive users are labeled for easy identification.
  • Save what you need: Follow these step-by-step instructions to transfer critical files.
  • Act before July 1: After this date, there’s no way to recover deleted files.

Don’t wait until it’s too late! Questions? Contact [email protected].
