Manheim Township allows consumer fireworks only on July 4 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to persons 18 or older, with safety requirements: stay at least 150 feet from occupied buildings, animal shelters, utility lines, flammable materials and neighboring properties; never use while under the influence; fireworks are prohibited on Township roads, parks and other Township-owned property, and you must have the property owner’s permission to use them on private property.
