Flood warning in effect for Western Pa. counties until 11 a.m. Wednesday
The National Weather Service updated the alert early Wednesday, warning of expected flooding from heavy rain.
At 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service released an updated flood warning in effect until 11 a.m. for Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer and Washington counties.
The weather service informs, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected."
