Former Bradford Man Sentenced to 12–78 Months in State Prison
Chaz Zawatski received a 12-to-78-month state prison sentence July 16 after convictions on multiple charges including felony criminal trespass, terroristic threats and DUI.
McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that Chaz Zawatski was sentenced July 16 at the McKean County Courthouse to a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 78 months in state prison on charges including Criminal Trespass (Felony 2); Terroristic Threats (Misdemeanor 1); Driving Under the Influence (Misdemeanor); retail theft (summary); and Driving Under the Influence (Misdemeanor 1). Zawatski was extradited from out of state while on parole, and the judge ordered fines, court costs, restitution, crime lab fees and other conditions. Second Deputy District Attorney Sarah Dufresne prosecuted the cases.
