Former Bradford man sentenced to state prison on multiple charges
A Bradford man was sentenced July 16 in McKean County to 12–78 months in state prison and ordered to pay fines, restitution and fees.
On July 16 at the McKean County Courthouse, Chaz Zawatski was sentenced to a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 78 months in state prison after convictions for Criminal Trespass (Felony 2), Terroristic Threats (Misdemeanor 1), two Driving Under the Influence charges (one Misdemeanor 1), and a summary Retail Theft. Zawatski was extradited from out of state where he is on parole and was also ordered to pay fines, court costs, restitution and crime lab fees; 2nd Deputy District Attorney Sarah Dufresne prosecuted the cases, the District Attorney’s office reported.
