Frank Charles Gasper Jr., 38, charged with multiple DUI counts after South Lebanon traffic stop

On Aug. 30, 2026, South Lebanon Township Police stopped a vehicle in the 1600 block of East Cumberland Street and arrested 38-year-old Frank Charles Gasper Jr. after he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol. A legal blood draw returned a .190% BAC and detected THC and a cocaine metabolite; Gasper is charged with DUI — general impairment (75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(a)(1)), DUI — highest rate (75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(c)), DUI — combination of alcohol and drugs (75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(d)(3)), and a registration/title violation (75 Pa.C.S. § 1301(a)).
