Freeze warning for McKean, Potter counties Monday — lows near 31°F

A freeze warning was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 7:51 p.m. valid for Monday between midnight and 8 a.m. for McKean and Potter counties.
The weather service informs, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 degrees expected."
