Freeze warning for parts of Southeast Pa. to expire at 9 a.m.
National Weather Service says temperatures are rising above freezing; the freeze warning will end at 9 a.m. for several Southeast Pennsylvania counties.
The warning was in place for Western Chester, Eastern Chester, Western Montgomery and Eastern Montgomery as well as Berks, Delaware, Philadelphia and Bucks counties.
