Freeze watch for North Central Pa.; temperatures could fall to 28 degrees Tuesday
National Weather Service warns sub-freezing temperatures overnight Tuesday for several north-central Pennsylvania counties.
A freeze watch was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:14 p.m. valid for Tuesday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Northern Clinton and Northern Lycoming as well as Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, Tioga and Sullivan counties.
The weather service informs, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees possible."
