Frost advisory for parts of Pennsylvania Thursday; temps dipping to 35°F
NWS warns frost may form between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. Thursday in four counties.
A frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 12:52 p.m. valid for Thursday between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. for Venango, Forest, Clarion and Jefferson counties.
The weather service informs, "Temperatures as low as 35 degrees will result in frost formation."
