Frost advisory for Southwest Pa. Monday — temps may dip to 33
National Weather Service warns of frost Monday morning in five Southwest Pa. counties; advisory 2–10 a.m.
The National Weather Service issued a frost advisory at 9:54 a.m. on Sunday valid for Monday between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Allegheny, Washington, Greene, Westmoreland and Fayette counties.
"Temperatures as low as 33 degrees will result in frost formation," can be expected according to the weather service. "With elevated wind and scattered light precipitation overnight, frost development will be highly localized to areas that are most sheltered from wind."
