Frost advisory in effect for parts of Eastern Pa. Monday — lows near 35°F
National Weather Service warns of frost Monday between midnight and 8 a.m., with temperatures near 35°F expected in sheltered valleys.
A frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 2:38 a.m. valid for Monday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Carbon, Monroe, Northampton and Bucks counties.
The weather service informs, "Temperatures as low as 35 degrees will result in frost formation, especially in sheltered valleys."
