Garage sale permit now required in Lochbuie
Lochbuie’s new ordinance limits garage sales and requires a free permit; community sales are exempt from the annual limit.
The Town of Lochbuie has enacted a garage sale ordinance allowing residents to hold up to six garage sales per calendar year, with each sale lasting no more than 72 consecutive hours. A free permit is required for each sale and can be applied for online; once processed the permit will be emailed to the applicant. Participation in community garage sales does not count toward the yearly limit, and residents are asked to remove all signs and advertisements promptly after their sale.
