Garage Sale Permit Now Required in Lochbuie
Lochbuie’s updated ordinance limits residents to six garage sales per year, each up to 72 hours, and requires a free permit that must be obtained before holding a sale.
The Town of Lochbuie’s new garage sale ordinance is now in effect. Residents may hold up to six garage sales per calendar year, each lasting no more than 72 consecutive hours, and must obtain a free garage sale permit (community garage sales do not count toward the annual limit). Permits are available via an online application and will be emailed once processed; residents are asked to promptly remove all signs and advertisements after their sale to keep rights-of-way clear.
