Gary Buchman, 43, charged with domestic assault and harassment
Officers obtained a warrant after responding to a September 14 domestic incident; Buchman was stopped and arrested during a traffic stop on Sept. 16.
Gary Buchman, 43, of Stevens, PA, was charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Harassment (domestic violence related) after officers responded to a residence on September 14, 2026. Buchman was not on scene, leading officers to obtain an arrest warrant; on September 16 at about 5:00 p.m. he was located driving, stopped by police and taken into custody without incident. He was arraigned at Lancaster County Central Booking, released on bail and waived his preliminary hearing.
