Gary Buchman arrested on domestic violence assault, harassment charges
Officers sought Buchman after a Sept. 14 domestic incident; he was arrested during a traffic stop two days later and released on bail.
Gary Buchman, 43, of Stevens, PA, was charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Harassment (domestic violence related) after officers were called to a residence on September 14, 2026. He was not on scene, prompting an arrest warrant; on September 16 at about 5:00 p.m. officers located him operating a vehicle, took him into custody without incident, and he was arraigned at Lancaster County Central Booking and released on bail. Buchman waived his preliminary hearing.
