The victim reported Runcel kicked her vehicle, causing approximately $863.16 in damage; Runcel was interviewed, admitted to causing the damage, and charges were filed through MDJ Landis' office on July 18, 2026. Runcel is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
