Good Shepherd named LINC Welcoming Workplace Award winner
Good Shepherd Rehabilitation received LINC’s Welcoming Workplace Award at the World-Class Lehigh Valley event in Bethlehem.
What a “World-Class” evening it was, as Good Shepherd Rehabilitation received the Welcoming Workplace Award at LINC‘s World-Class Lehigh Valley event at the National Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem on Oct. 7.
The event brought leaders from around the Valley to celebrate what makes our region special, including employers that attract world-class talent to build their careers here and help newcomers thrive.
Good Shepherd President & CEO Michael Spigel, PT, MHA, accepted the award on Good Shepherd’s behalf. The award was presented by Marci Lesko, CEO of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley:
“As President & CEO of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, Michael Spigel spearheaded a 2-year strategic plan, known as ‘Always Rising,’ to enhance the workplace experience for current and new employees. […] Michael makes it a point to attend every new-employee orientation session and introduce himself to new staff members on their first day, something you do not see often at similarly sized organizations.”
Thank you to LINC’s executive team and board for this wonderful honor.
