Earlier this week the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit arrested 33-year-old Taylor Foster of Greensburg after Latrobe Police filed charges in August. Police say Foster allegedly grabbed a co-worker multiple times, confronted her in her garage—backing her into a wall—and later attempted to re-enter her home; investigators also recovered Facebook messages they described as sexually graphic, violent and threatening that included descriptions of entering the victim’s residence and intentions to commit rape. He faces charges of indecent assault, criminal trespass, stalking and harassment; those charges are allegations and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
