The Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit arrested 33-year-old Taylor Foster after Latrobe Police said he stalked and assaulted a co-worker and sent violent, sexually graphic messages.
Taylor Foster, 33, of Greensburg was arrested by the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit after Latrobe Police filed charges in August accusing him of stalking, indecent assault, criminal trespass and harassment. Police say Foster repeatedly grabbed a co‑worker, was found in her garage where he allegedly backed her into a wall, returned days later attempting entry, and sent graphic, violent Facebook messages describing entering her home and intending to commit rape. These are allegations; all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
