Greensburg woman arrested after threatening relative with replica gun
Police say Alexis Magill, 25, threatened a relative with a realistic-looking BB-style revolver during an intoxicated domestic incident on Oct. 6, 2026.
Greensburg Police responded to a North Pennsylvania Avenue residence on October 6, 2026 for a reported physical domestic and found 25-year-old Alexis Magill intoxicated and uncooperative. The victim told officers Magill wrestled away her phone, grabbed a revolver from a drawer, pointed it at her and said she would shoot; officers observed the gun appeared realistic but was a BB-style replica and the victim learned it was a replica only after the incident. Magill was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness and was remanded to the Westmoreland County Prison after failing to post $25,000 bail.
