Habitual Domestic Violence Offender Arrested in Grand Junction
Mesa County deputies arrested 35-year-old Donovan Logan on Aug. 27 after a civil-call investigation produced domestic violence-related charges; he faces felony stalking and habitual domestic violence counts and is being held on a parole violation with no bond.
At about 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2026, Mesa County deputies responded to a civil issue in the 3000 block of B ½ Road and developed domestic violence-related charges against Donovan Logan, 35, of Grand Junction. Logan — previously convicted as a domestic violence habitual offender in 2014 and for stalking in 2021 and 2023 — was arrested without incident and booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility. He faces charges of stalking/threat (2nd offense within 7 years, Felony 4) and habitual domestic violence offender after three prior convictions (Felony 5) and is held on a parole violation with no bond.
