Hackettstown man convicted of sexually assaulting child
A jury convicted the 60-year-old on multiple counts for assaults that occurred in 2022, the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office said.
A Hackettstown man was found guilty Thursday of multiple sexual assault charges involving a child under the age of 13, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
A jury found Victor M. Torres, 60, guilty of three counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of sexual assault by contact and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. The sexual assaults occurred in 2022. The verdict followed a trial before state Superior Court Judge Reema Sethi Kareer.
