Handgun pulled during family dispute at Wawa; two arrested in Warrington
Surveillance shows a man point a handgun at a relative outside a Wawa; firearm later recovered from his girlfriend’s backpack and both were arrested on weapons and theft-related charges.
On Sept. 16, 2026, Warrington police responded to a fight at the Wawa on Easton Road after surveillance captured 34-year-old Joseph Michael Klusman II exiting a vehicle, pointing a black handgun at a relative, cycling the slide twice, and threatening the other man. Officers found two live rounds at the scene and later recovered the firearm from a backpack carried by 44-year-old Michelle Lee Milwrick, whose surveillance footage also showed her selecting $27.70 in merchandise and leaving without paying. Both were arrested, arraigned (Klusman II held on $80,000 or 10% cash), and transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility; charges include firearms not to be carried without a license (M1), retail theft (M2) and receiving stolen property (M2).
