Hanover Borough Police reported multiple incidents on Oct. 21, 2026, including pending charges for criminal mischief against a 69-year-old man in the 500 block of Carlisle Street, disorderly conduct against a 46-year-old in the 500 block of Broadway, and harassment against a 36-year-old in the 400 block of W. Elm Avenue. Other calls included a disorderly male on York Street, suspicious loitering on E. Walnut Street, disorderly juveniles at Gail Street and N. Franklin Street, and a domestic argument on York Street. A 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Tonia Shultz of New Oxford struck pedestrian David Boring of Hanover in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive; injuries were reported and no towing was required.
