Hanover Borough Police Promote Brady to Lieutenant, Loucks to Sergeant

Sergeant Joshua P. Brady has been promoted to lieutenant and Officer Louis A. Loucks has been promoted to sergeant in the Hanover Borough Police Department. Their promotions were approved by the borough council on July 15, 2026, and Mayor Heidi Hormel formally swore them into their new positions; the department thanked them for their continued leadership and dedication to community safety.
