The Hanover Borough Police Department recorded multiple incidents on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. At 11:50 a.m. officers responded to a reported criminal trespass involving a male subject loitering at a business in the 600 block of Carlisle Street; at 2:30 p.m. a violation of a protection order was reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street and remains under investigation; and at 10:06 p.m. a disturbance stemming from a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of North Franklin Street.
