Hanover Police Daily Log: July 16–17, 2026

The Hanover Borough Police Department logged multiple incidents over July 16–17, 2026. On July 16, Michael Barth, 51, was cited for harassment; a theft-by-deception charge is pending against a 53-year-old Hanover woman; reports included a domestic argument, retail theft and a telephone scam fraud, and pending disorderly-conduct charges for a 37-year-old Hanover man and a 20-year-old Pen Argyl woman. On July 17, Ethan Giorgio, 31, of Boyertown was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and obstructing administration of law following an incident at Broadway and Eisenhower Drive, then turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
