Selected incidents from Hanover Borough Police activity July 16–17, 2026, including a harassment citation, pending theft and disorderly conduct charges, a telephone fraud report, and a DUI arrest.
On July 16, Hanover Borough Police cited 51-year-old Michael Barth for harassment and reported a pending theft-by-deception charge against a 53-year-old Hanover woman, a domestic argument between a mother and son, retail theft, a telephone fraud report, and two pending disorderly conduct charges (a 37-year-old Hanover man and a 20-year-old Pen Argyl woman). On July 17, Ethan Giorgio, 31, of Boyertown, was arrested for driving under the influence and obstructing administration of law at Broadway and Eisenhower Drive and was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for disposition.
