On July 21 Hanover Borough Police responded to several disturbances, including a reported incident in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street that led to pending charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct against a 31-year-old Hanover man and a disorderly conduct charge against a 34-year-old Hanover woman; separate disorderly conduct charges are pending against Hanover juveniles aged 16 and 17 and an 18-year-old female following a disturbance at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street. A 14-year-old Hanover juvenile was cited for retail theft at a business on Eisenhower Drive, and a crash at Carlisle Street and Broadway between a 2005 Toyota Camry (operated by Marin Cassell of Hampstead, MD) and a 2003 Toyota Corolla (operated by David Rice of Littlestown) required towing but produced no injuries; officers also reported multiple domestic arguments and a criminal mischief incident in which a vehicle was struck with an egg.
