Hanover police reported multiple domestic incidents, arrests on outstanding warrants, a minor vehicle crash with no injuries, a reported cellphone theft and other disturbances on July 23, 2026.
On July 23, 2026, Hanover police logged a pending charge of terroristic threats and harassment against a 26-year-old Hanover man after a domestic altercation on Baltimore Street, and cited Denise Bair, 27, for harassment following a separate domestic incident on Centennial Avenue. Officers also arrested Michael Allen Mintmier, 26, and Michael Remington, 70, on outstanding warrants, investigated a minor two-vehicle crash at W. Park Avenue and Carlisle Street with no injuries, a reported theft of a cellular phone on Moul Avenue, and several other disturbances and harassment reports.
