Hanover Borough Police reported multiple incidents between July 23 and 24, 2026, including pending terroristic threats and harassment charges for a 26-year-old Hanover man after a domestic altercation on Baltimore Street. Arrests were made for Michael Allen Mintmier (26) and Michael Remington (70) on outstanding warrants; other calls included a non-injury crash at W. Park Avenue and Carlisle Street, additional domestic arguments, disturbances, harassment reports, and a reported stolen cellphone on Moul Avenue.
