Harassment charges pending, two crashes on Eisenhower Drive, and multiple disturbances reported in Hanover July 9–10, 2026.
Hanover Borough Police report harassment charges pending against a 30-year-old Hanover man after a domestic altercation in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street and against a 68-year-old Hanover woman following an incident on Center Square. Two collisions on the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive involved a 2003 Ford F150 XLT (Bennie Bennett, Hanover) striking a 2026 Kia Carnival (Stephanie Henry, Abbottstown) with no injuries and no towing, and a 2010 Subaru Forester (Diane Hoffman-Neail, Hanover) striking a 2009 Kia Optima (Patrick Goad, Thurmont, MD) with no injuries and towing required. Disturbances included an argument between a juvenile and an adult in the first block of Eichelberger Street and reports of disorderly subjects in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street on both July 9 and shortly after midnight on July 10.
