Hanover Township woman arrested on terroristic threats, assault and harassment charges
Hanover Township police arrested a 48-year-old woman and charged her with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after an incident on Mark Drive.
Hanover Township Police arrested 48-year-old Shawntah Lee of Mark Drive on July 4, 2026, charging her with one count each of terroristic threats (M1), simple assault (M) and harassment (S) following an incident on Mark Drive. Lee was arraigned before District Magistrate Matthew Carmody and remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on $15,000 straight cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 15, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Central Court (docket 26-3356).
