Harassment charges pending and warrant arrest after Baltimore Street disturbances
Two Hanover men face pending harassment charges and a Hanover man was arrested on outstanding warrants after separate disturbances reported on Baltimore Street.
A domestic argument between a mother and son was reported Monday in the 200 block of Baltimore Street. Early Tuesday, harassment charges are pending against two Hanover men, ages 26 and 37, following a disturbance in the same block. Also at 1:49 a.m., Michael Mintmier, 26, of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants and turned over to a constable for further disposition.
