Hazleton City Police are asking for assistance locating Fabio D. Rodriguez Duran, 46, who is wanted on charges including RAPE OF CHILD (F1), INDECENT ASSAULT PERSON LESS THEN 13 YEARS OLD (F1), IDSI PERSON LESS THEN 16 YEARS OLD (F2), and CORRUPTION OF MINORS. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5'11", 180 lbs, brown eyes, black hair, with Hazleton, PA 18201 listed.
